The Web Graphic Designer is a vital member of the iCard Marketing team's creative core. He is responsible for the visual aesthetics of all digital assets, including and not limited to websites, landing pages, ad banners, social media visuals, mail templates, corporate presentations, etc. He plays an essential role in building and developing the overall brand image of the company's products together with other designers, the marketing manager, and the whole Marketing team.

The Web Graphic Designer works on all visual elements from logos, fonts, and graphic styles to whole websites. He works in line with the other team members to ensure the proper execution of marketing campaigns and regular marketing activities. His task is to turn marketing concepts into appealing, creative visuals.

The Web Graphic Designer is responsible for achieving the best look, feel, and user experience with company websites. He has to demonstrate the messages that the company wants the public to see with visual means with his designs. He works with the whole Marketing team to determine the direction of marketing assets' image.

Responsibilities:
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
Follow established brand guidelines and builds them up
Maintains consistent branding
Promote best design practices and standards to develop the company's brand image
Develop creative designs for websites and landing pages
Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
Utilize data and analytics in making design decisions
Work with front-end web developers to deploy designs
Select and prepare imagery
Create and maintain a database of design assets
The perfect profile:
Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
Awareness of UI/UX principles
Familiarity with digital photo editing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
One to three years of professional design experience
Portfolio of strong creative work
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS
Social media and email marketing experience a plus
