Job Description:
• Represent 60K and our Client on a top level providing high quality customer support services via telephone and/ or e-mail;
• Achieving great customer satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs, offering the best possible reservation/solution;
• Actively and creatively contributing to the whole support process, thus providing the best services and products for our clients;
• Practicing your language skills on a daily basis.
Key Requirements:
• Very good level of German and English;
• Great communication skills;
• Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
• Well-developed customer orientation skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop.
