To assist our partners R&D team growth we are currently looking for exceptional Manual QA engineers.

Key role responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify system requirements and design performance tests of the company’s block-chain fin-tech platform
• Define the test strategy to include designing, writing, and executing performance test cases and procedures
• Continuously improve and update on new testing methods and tools
• Track performance metrics, be able to identify and analyze results
• Maintain up to date knowledge on new automated testing practices
• Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices
• Work in small autonomous teams with short release cycles

Desired qualities and experience :

• 2+ years of QA experience working on high-availability web platforms
• Experience with performance, load, and stress testing tools
• Experience of working in software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools
• Experience with version control
• A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
• Solid experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the delegated tasks and responsibilities
• Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, grow and be up-to-date with the trends and the best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment and meet the deadlines; ability to work independently but within one strong team
• Self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment

Will be considered a plus :

• Experience working in a large software development company
• Experience with test automation
• A good understanding of block-chain technology and the digital assets space
