JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Receiving and processing user queries via e-mail or phone
• Coordination with other departments
• Creating weekly and monthly reports
• Other translation and administration jobs in the specified languages

FROM THE CANDIDATES WE EXPECT:
• Advanced communication skills and knowledge of English
• Desirable knowledge of other languages, such as Finnish or Danish (not a requirement)
• Computer skills
