What you'll do as Customer Advisor Associate?
Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via chat
Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets
If you:
Have Professional Level оf English - written and spoken
Are customer service-oriented
Have excellent communication skills
Have strong typing and PC skills
Are analytical and problem-solving oriented
What can you expect from us:
3-Month Contract with Opportunity for Extension
Starting Dates for Trainings: 1st of October and 19th of October 2026
Working hours from Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 - 20:00; Working Shifts on Rotation Basis - 5 days a Week
