If you have:

Degree in Computer Systems and Technologies
At least 3years experience with Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server
At least 3years experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory
Knowledge of GPOs, DNS, DHCP, ADFS , Failover Clustering and the ability to maintain other Windows core services.
Experience in VMware virtualization - vSphere, Horizon
Experience in Microsoft SCCM
Experience in HP Blade Server system
Good knowledge of overall infrastructure technical knowledge & troubleshooting methodologies
Good knowledge of Back Up software
Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
Knowledge of IT monitoring software that is typically used in the industry
Ability and willingness to work in a team, strong analytical and communications skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

And you would like to:

Identify, analyze and troubleshoot issues in the IT infrastructure systems/components related to Windows
Coordinate and communicate with various parties involved in incident handling
Plan and deploy enterprise-wide OS/application patches and upgrades on regular basis
Maintain & operate the Windows infrastructure environment as per procedures
Execute the implementation steps of a project as per laid down plan
Work closely with team members to manage work flow and communication
Analyze system events and trends in the incidents to identify candidate problems
Identify and recommend changes based on operating experience
Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance with the established processes, and procedures
Understanding of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
Understanding of System infrastructure, Operating System Support, Configuration and Fault analysis
Understand & Provide critical observations on Active directory structure, its limitations & suggest Industry best practices
Understand Account management polices & suggest best practices
Understand, Management and maintenance of DHCP, DNS, Server performance monitoring parameters, suggest best practices
Suggest Hardening practices (Deployment of OS and security patches) for Windows, Messaging, Storage, Backup Software
Log analysis, suggest best practices
