Your new job:
Organization and control of the employees’ activities in the department to achieve the set goals and tasks.
Suggestions for team and process optimizations.
Defining tasks and KPIs and communicating them to the employees in the department.
Teams’ organization in preparation of technical documentation and diagrams. Presentations to management.
Monitoring and implementation of all mandatory changes of card schemes.

Your profile:
University degree.
Previous experience in team management.
Experience in project management and business information systems.
Previous experience with card schemes VISA, Mastercard, BORICA, etc. and/or core banking systems or CRM systems will be considered as strong advantages.
Excellent command of English.
Good communication skills.
Prioritization and deadline-meeting skills.
Desire for development in the field of financial services
