Your job:
Provide support and actively participate in the overall HR process related to training, career development and events.
Take part in learning and employees feedback activities based on shared understanding of company values and strategy.
Plan, organize and provide training programs, employee onboarding and integration, resulting in high levels of employee development and performance, career growth and employee wellness.
Support the recruitment processes when needed.
Communicate, collaborate and establish sustainable relations with universities’ career centers representatives.
Actively look for new internal and external opportunities related to training, career development and events.
Organize employer-branding events.

Your profile:
At least 1 year experience in the HR field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
Creative and innovative approach and mindset.
Fluency in English.
Team spirit.
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, problem solving skills and attention to de
