Main responsibilities:

Establishing and maintaining daily communication with the customers - phone, email, chat;
Consulting the clients of the company and solving different cases when is necessary;
Delivering premier service, with high standards of excellence;

The perfect candidate:

Is fluent in one of thе following languages - German, Italian, Russian, Spanish or French;
Speaks English on an intermediate level;
Initiative, communicative and people-oriented person;
Has multitasking capabilities and a friendly personality.
