For one of our clients – we're seeking a highly-organized individual for the position Spam Operations Analyst with French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Hungarian, Russian, German, Dutch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide support and issue resolution to customers, subcontractors and end users via email;
* Be responsible for monitoring numerous real-time queues and prioritize risky transactions and other abuse for manual review
* Investigate individual transactions using internal policies and review methodologies to determine if the transaction are fraudulent or not
* Research spam, fraud and user behaviour to contribute to machine learning models, rules and other detection systems* Respond to problems and issues as reported by internal and external customers in a timely fashion;
* Data entry of information into the system;
* Maintains confidential and valuable information, applications and data;
* Providing timely reports and feedback to customers.

Requirements:
* Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Hungarian, Russian, German, Dutch & English;
* Attention to detail;
* Able to work independently and to meet deadlines;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, EXCEL, and Powerpoint).
