We are currently looking for a dynamic and ambitious person who wants to grow in human resources industry and to become part of our team. We offer you the opportunity to be part of HRS Bulgaria's great team on the position of an IT Pre-selection Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities:

Getting to know the company's customers and communicate with them
Proactive search of candidates through different channels (social networks, forums, etc.)
Communication with potential candidates via phone and email
Filling in the company database
Creating and publishing job offers across websites
Organizing and conducting interviews with suitable candidates.

Requirements:

Excellent english - written and verbal
Ambitious, confident, and results driven
Strong communications skills
A good team player
Ability to handle multiple priorities and to work to deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills
Desire to learn IT technologies.
Call center experience as a CSR or Sales Representative will be considered as a strong advantage.
Another foreign language will be considered as a plus.
