In this role you should:
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers;
• Identify the type of assistance the customer needs;
• Analyze problems and provide accurate and complete information and solutions.
If you are:
• Fluent in Turkish – C1;
• Proficient in English – min B2;
• Excellent communication skills to develop and enhance strong impactful customer relationships;
• For everything else you will have an induction.
