If you have:- Studying Computer Science, Informatics or an equivalent program
- Good command of English
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and discipline
- Team player spirit
And you would like to:
- Provide support services to all Bank employees - first line investigation and diagnosis
- Work closely with the mid-level and senior application administrators to ensure incidents and requests are solved within SLA (service-level agreement) parameters
- Keep users informed about the status of their technical problem
- Be second level of IT support to Bank customers using the systems for electronic banking services
- Produce and maintain user documentation
- Provide on-going reporting of progress and keep work on time
