We are currently looking for our partner – an American multinational confectionery, food, and beverage company, leader in FMCG sector for the position of:


Demand Modelling Company

Responsibilities:

Building and leading a group of analytical experts who will provide statistical modeling and predictive analytics solutions to improve supply chain performance. Leads and manages a team of Statistical and Business analysts supporting various areas within Supply Chain from a hub location;
Management, mentorship and coaching of Analysts in Modeling COE. Review work of team members with their modeling. Scope major projects to define an appropriate approach to be applied;
Act as the go-to person for IBP process for MEU. Liaise with the Global team and BU key stakeholders to make sure IBP guidelines are followed throughout the organization;
Support demand planning forecast process from a central standpoint, keeping track of best practices, offering support to Area teams when needed;
Work with the Supply Chain Leadership Team to coordinate and prioritize issues, projects, and initiatives;
Researches and introduces new analytics technology.

Requirements:

Hands on experience in demand planning and forecasting via SAS;
4+ years of experience in data science;
Minimum 5-years of experience in FMCG with proven team and data management experience;
Experience in a lead or team management role would be considered as a strong advantage;
Fluency in English;
Full Operational knowledge of SAP ECC / APO;
Data Visualization experience utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI.
