ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide functional and technical support and guidance for new procurement digital platforms (Ariba etc.).
Provide timely and correctly user accesses.
Support business users with reporting and analysis.
Partner with country and group procurement teams to ensure full adoption of the tool and sustainable improvement.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Participate actively in raising change requests and testing of new releases.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
1-2 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing or another similar role.
Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
Experienced user of MS applications (Excel).
Experience in ERP is essential, and knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
Degree in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field.
Strong critical and logical thinking, and problem-solving
Good time management and priority setting – work with tight deadlines.
Team player, with good stakeholder management skills.
