We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in growing R&D center in Bulgaria, Sofia, working on innovative technologies for the new company’s product Acronis Storage. This position is mainly responsible for implementing automated scenarios testing. This involves working collaboratively with all teams including RnD departments based in other offices.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with strong desire to learn and dig deep and who is just as excited about innovation, technology and quality as we are.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and develop REST API testing frameworks
• Participation in design and reviews of changes to product backend
• Development of new tests in Core (Linux kernel and storage software) testing framework
• REST API backend testing

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ hands-on Python/Go development experience
• Proficient Linux user with strong understanding of user space and kernel contexts
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of HTTP, RESTful interfaces, experience of communication with heavily loaded backends via REST API
• Read-only or Read-write C/C++ experience is a plus
