We are assisting one of our partners, an international IT company, to grow their team with an experienced BI Developer.

The position requires a quality-focused and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a demonstrated track record of providing solutions for Data and Business Intelligence, along with expertise in creation of Dashboards and reports for Management reporting.
The incumbent should be a skilled troubleshooter and problem solver with the ability to perform data analysis, review data models, establish source to target mapping, document data transformation rules and data quality rules.
Experience in Cost accounting in Banking and Financial Services Industry is needed, with demonstrated ability to understand and analyze multiple cost accounting systems.
The incumbent must have experience in capital market products such as Debt and Equity and should be able to demonstrate cost accounting in these asset classes.

Job Functions:

• Interface with the business client to understand business needs and requirements, and to help develop and maintain the client relationship
• Identify business and functional requirements by working with application end-users, and lead the collection, analysis, documentation, and coordination of those requirements
• Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
• Collaborate with IT professionals to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible to meet business requirements
• Evaluate applications and IT environments, and analyze gaps between current and desired states
• Perform data analysis by querying data through SQL

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in Business Intelligence tools such as TABLEAU/SAP-BO etc.
• SQL querying
• BRD, FRD, Data catalog preparation, and establishing data lineage between source and target
• Certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA will be preferred.
