Learning & Development Specialist- София

We are looking for an energetic L&D Specialist with at least 1 year of soft skills trainings delivery experience, preferably in an IT company. We will be happy to welcome a new team member who will contribute to the learning spirit of MentorMate.

Job Role:

Ensure a smooth learning process for both trainers and participants - monthly training schedule, invites, and logistics.
Take care of all internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Take ownership of the overall organization of key offsite learning events.
Welcome and on-board new team members.
Lead training sessions and identify new learning & development opportunities.
Engage with colleagues and support them throughout their professional growth.

Requirements:

Experience in trainings administration and events management.
Excellent presentation skills - be able to engage the audience and create an environment that encourages learning and sharing.
Excellent communication skills. The ones that build trust, long-term relations and get along with diverse personalities.
L&D vibe - sensitivity to opportunities how we can help people be great professionals and source for ideas how training needs can be achieved.
Ability to work both - as a team, where we brainstorm new ideas and support their implementation, and autonomously to accomplish necessary results.
Strive to always deliver better than last time.
