E-Commerce Advisor with English for the energetic, innovative and forward thinking team who are always looking for new ideas to delight and wow the customers.

What you’ll do:
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat to provide outstanding service;
• Solving the customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges, products etc.;
• Maintains and updates customer information as necessary;
• Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues;
• Assigns new claims to the appropriate claims handler.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Be proficient in English;
• Possess excellent computer literacy;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Be able to represent the client’s goods;
• Detailed-oriented, results driven individual;
• Problem solving skills;
• Accuracy in data entry;
• Time management skills.
