We are currently helping one of our partners find talent for the position of Automation QA Engineer

Automation QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
Understanding requirements and write Test plans, Test cases, and Execute test cases.
Design test automation from scratch using the appropriate framework for the automation.
Maintain, update and support existing automation test scripts
Create defect tickets, status reports and tracks issues to resolution
Strive to enhance technical skills and learn new technologies.
Meet personal and team deadlines through collaboration with team members.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application development best practices.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of professional Automation QA experience.
Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, etc.
Strong knowledge of test automation in Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python or C#.
Fluency in English – verbal and written
A keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, bug finding and troubleshooting
Well organised with the ability to prioritise issues

Will be considered an advantage:
Software development experience with Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python or C#.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other relevant fields.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD/CT or Agile processes.
Scrum methodology experience.
