Desktop Integration Engineer /
DevOps Engineer
Job Functions:
Respond to and manage system events triggered by our monitoring systems or reported by our internal issue tracker (includes on-call duty);
Take corrective actions to resolve system events (log analysis, disk management, database, application server); escalate the issue if necessary;
Analyze critical application issues, formalize issue reporting and escalate accordingly;
Deploy new server application updates, as well as system updates and security patches;
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the monitoring and alerting systems for our infrastructure and middleware
Monitor and verify system backups and recovery;

Requirements:

Fluency in English - B2 and above is a MUST HAVE
Proven experience with Windows 10 client/server and Microsoft Office 365 SaaS solution and applications and Cisco Jabber to maintain stable and effective desktop platform.
Experience with capacity planning, performance analysis, troubleshooting, trend analysis, etc.
Implementation of procedures-based solutions.
Experience with scripting and programming technologies e.g. VBScript, PowerShell, Python or other is a must.
Broad understanding of network models and protocols is a plus.
Good understanding of MS Active Directory administration
Experience with virtual/remote desktop & application platforms such as Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp Server, XenServer/VMware ESX and Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
Good understanding of internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, XML), Windows Networks (Active Directory, WINS, NETBIOS, NDIS), and Network Security.
Windows 10 OSD, SCCM/inTune for Windows, Office 365 Suite, Modern Browsers like Edge/Chrome, Active Directory User & Computer Management and GPOs ,
Willing to work in R&D activities and provide technical leadership on projects.
Ability to create concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
