You will:
Maintain and troubleshoot Skype for Business services
Optimize processes and deliver high quality experience to customers
Be a reliable partner to our customers

We need you
to have:
Technical knowledge in one or more of the
following fields:

MS Skype for Business - Online troubleshooting
MS Windows Server and Active Directory administration
General understanding of Networking and VoIP
Proficiency in German language
We need you to be:

Analytical and problem solving type
Well organized and self-driven person
Fast learner that is able to overcome challenges in the fast changing tech world
Team player
Keen to collaborate with customers every day, helping them get the most from our services, solutions and processes
