Software Packaging Specialist.What you’ll do:
Set up and maintain a clear documentation of requests
Planning Software installation in a way that client would like it installed
Performs quality check (QC/QA) of other applications that has been packaged/repackaged
Comply with account specific standards and best practices with Service Level Agreement
Researching and troubleshooting installation package defects and making necessary adjustments.
Communicating status and issues to management.
What we need
from you:
University degree in Computer Science or other IT related discipline or 2+ years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English Language;
Strong advantage: fluency in German language.
