Technical Support Engineer – 2 level
You will:
• Monitor the print system alerts, solve the root cause or escalate if necessary, in order to ensure maximum availability of the printing service
• Receive incident tickets from level 1
• Provide technical support to deployments (new installations)
• Good understanding of Managed Print technologies and MS Active Directory administration.
• Perform troubleshooting for security incidents that require software and network forensic analysis;

The role
requires:
• Experience with Office 365 and Print Service technologies
• Proven experience with Service Technology solutions and applications or a similar discipline;
• Bachelor of Science or graduate degree in computer science/engineering;
• Experience with installation, configuration, operational support and in-depth troubleshooting of printing technologies and Windows 10;
• Ability to adequately plan and prioritize own work;
• Flexibility to work in close co-ordination with on-site and off-shore teams;
• English: C1 Advanced;
