We are currently looking to hire a QA Analyst/ Automation Trainee to join our team. We need a person with an interest in automation who is willing to learn from our talented team of automation engineers. What will be your role

Acquire knowledge and follow best practices for developing functional and regression automation tests from requirements
Get familiar with automating REST API’s and put knowledge into practice
Get familiar with setting up and monitoring of automation test suites as part of CI/CD pipeline
Maintain, update and support existing automation tests
Collaborate with the development team in creating automated tests earlier in the SDLC
Create and execute manual test cases
Create defect tickets, status reports and track issues to resolution
Escalate risks that will directly impact project timelines and deliverables to the project team
Successfully complete all company trainings

What do you need to have

2+ years of professional experience in QA field
Understanding of REST and experience with web-services testing
Solid understanding of quality assurance theory, terminology, and strategies
Excellent spoken and written English

What will be an advantage

Basic knowledge in C#, Java, Python or another programming language
Hands-on experience in mobile testing
Experience of working within an Agile environment
