As a Customer Support Specialist you will:
• Manage communication with clients for an online betting platform and provide excellent customer service via live chat, email, and phone;
• Assist customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries;
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Key skills we're looking for:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish;
• Fluency in English;
• Passion for betting, sports and gaming;
• Deep knowledge of the online gambling industry or previous experience in the field;
• Proactive and dynamic personality, with good attitude towards the clients;
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
