We are looking for an ambitious, supportive and responsible Delivery Automation Leader to join our team in Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Solutions & Systems, IT Group Function (BSS).

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
As a Delivery Automation Leader you will be involved in S/4 HANA Conversion project having different tasks as definition of required Test Types including Entry and Exit Criteria, monitoring and controlling test process quality and results. You will be in charge of assisting our Service Management and Delivery Automation Manager in setting up a Test Concept, design of Test Strategy and Test Concept.
To be successful as a Delivery Automation Leader, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, have understanding of a modern scripting languages, be competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate setup of the technical test environment, Test Data Management, setup of Test Tool;
Work with technical teams to ensure Test Case creation according to the aligned Test Scope;
Support Test Automation and coordinate test activities;
Guidance and coaching to other project members in relation to test activities;
Support Project Leaders in a. ServiceNow improvements & Customer experience enhancement; b. BSS Measurement & Reporting redesign and implementation of new reporting solution.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Min 5 years of experience in the IT Services Industry and/or Vendor/Service Management;
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or Economics;
Strong reporting and data analytics skills;
ITIL certification is an advantage;
Experience leveraging machine learning and AI in the context of RPA are desired but not required;
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills;
Ability to work on tight deadlines;
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Excellent command of English Language.
