You can join their team of Software Developers and QAs in Sofia on the position of:
INCIDENT MANAGER
What will you do?
You'll receive tickets about logistics, shipments, online payments from Jira & will address them towards your colleagues in the Sofia office.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent Italian and a working knowledge of English;
- Jira;
- Technical support or some software development skills will be a strong advantage.
