Our strong and flexible Talent Acquisition & Marketing team is looking for a Recruitment Intern. Unlike simply filling seats, we are responsible for an ongoing process that raises awareness and promotes MentorMate as an employer of choice across Bulgaria’s software community and beyond.
We know how hard it can be to make a kick-start in your career. By joining our 3-months paid internship program, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by our top Talent Acquisition experts. They will provide regular feedback, guidance, and practical assignments during your transition from a newbie to a professional. You'll enjoy the challenge of supporting hiring initiatives through creatively sourcing potential candidates, interviewing applicants, and guiding them through the hiring process.
You are not stepping into a typical internship program, but you’re rather embarking on a career journey with MentorMate. The statistics support this statement as 100% of the interns take on a Junior position at the end of the program.

Joining our 3-months Recruitment Internship program, you will
• Go through custom technical training to gain the needed knowledge and understanding of the software development landscape
• Be mentored by our highly qualified recruitment experts
• Learn and practice how to attract highly qualified and diverse pools of passive candidates
• Engage with key hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to understand our needs, culture, and business goals
• Source future MentorMate employees using LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Github, Google, and others
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with resume screening, scheduling interviews, and interviewing candidates
• Receive a salary while developing your recruitment skills full-time
We are looking for someone who
• Is passionate about recruiting and has a strong desire to grow professionally in this field
• Has very good English skills, both written and spoken, as well as impeccable Bulgarian
• Practical recruitment experience will be considered an advantage
• Possesses a creative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box
• Acts proactively in different situations
• Is able to prioritize and organize tasks independently
• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
