ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

As an IT Project Manager for Supply Chain area you will be responsible to deliver technology projects related to the Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, working with internal customers in 28 countries part of Coca Cola Hellenic Group and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders. Thru effective vendor management you will successfully deliver multiple technology projects related to the Supply Chain area.
Indicative initiatives/projects in the respective area are: Augmented Reality (AR) remote assistance Maintenance, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Mobile Maintenance, Spare Parts Mgt optimization, Line Monitoring, Energy Monitoring, Digital Twin, Edge computing, etc.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for organizing and managing the delivery of new business capabilities and solutions in the business process area;
• Ensure to deliver projects on time, within budget and in scope that meet and exceed business targets;
• Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Country teams, manage multiple projects in parallel;
• Ensure successful Service activation for delivered solutions through effective vendor management;
• Responsible for Demand Management Execution;
• Ensures that the processes of Test Management, Training Plan, Change Management are in place and executed with the required quality.

• I am a fluent English speaker with capable writing skills;
• I have strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge in Supply Chain area.

Be able to apply different project and program management approaches and management techniques (agile & classical waterfall) where appropriate, efficient and as per stakeholder needs (e.g. Design Thinking, User Stories, SCRUM, Scaled Agile Framework etc.).
