Your Role and Responsibilities :
Closely working in conjunction with other IBM departments ensuring that the customer that are assigned to him/her receive all necessary contractually agreed services. Ensures that all deliverables are on time, without any delays. The role of the Client Service Representative includes but is not limited to ensuring that the customer satisfaction is on the highest possible and delivers, performs analyzes when needed and recovery actions, represents IBM to its customers on multiple and different occasions.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

- At least 12 months in call center environment
- Understanding basic client relationship management
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Fluent English and French language knowledge
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Self driven to achieve success and focus on IBM's goals

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

- Professional with a drive to succeed, who can directly and positively influence others to thrive as individual successful leaders in today’s competitive market
- Problem solving with a high degree of analytical ability towards the business which assists in the process of identifying additional business opportunities and proposing and implementing process improvements
- Positive approach to change and ability to promote new ideas/innovation
- Highly motivated and looking for a challenge
- 12 or more month of experience in a client facing job role
- Capable of learning new skills and retaining knowledge
- Attentive to detail and taking ownership where required
- Excellent time management skills
