Position Title: .NET Developer- Solutions Development

Responsibilities:
Development of .Net applications.
Support and enhancement of existing .Net applications.
Development of .NET Web Sites.
Development of .Net Web Services.
Managing and implementing the customisation of current applications in line with changing business needs.
Development of robust, resilient, scalable and easily maintainable systems.
Designing and implementing unit tests to validate functionality implemented correctly.
Documenting code and tests to support on-going maintenance of the code.
Implementing accurate and reliable code in time according to specification to deliver needed functionality.
Chance to use Visual Studio 2015/2017, ASP.NET MVC 4/5, ASP.NET Web API,WCF (Windows communication foundation) / Web services, .NET framework version 4.5.x, 4.6.x,Microsoft IIS 7.5 (Internet Information Services)

Requirements:
2-3 years programming experience in .NET.
A thorough understanding of the concepts and patterns of OOP.
Practical experience with Threading, Web Services, WCF.
Practical experience with Visual Studio IDE.
Practical experience deploying & debugging web applications on IIS and Windows Environment.
Strong skills in designing enterprise solutions.
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Strong communicational skills and ability to cooperate with distant software development teams.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle and development methodology.
Understanding of databases and basic SQL skills

Any of the following abilities and skills will be considered an advantage:
Experience with test driven development.
Knowledge in ETL (transforming data) technologies.
Working knowledge of ASP.NET
Exposure to collaboration tools (i.e. Jira, Bugzilla)
Experience with source code repository systems like GIT, SVN
Working experience with DB2, Oracle or MS SQL
Ability to read C++ code
Knowledge of web standards and technologies - Web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience of Windows forms development and N-tier solutions
