For one of our biggest partners we are currently looking for motivated and passionate Remote Device Services Associate to join their team.

Remote Device Services Associate

What you’ll do:
Engaging and devoting to client and business needs following 24/7 shift pattern
Coordinating and governing of interconnected systems, productivity applications, work spaces and teams
Coordinating and version tracking of full-blown operating system upgrades
Taking ownership of the process of maintaining boot images
Releasing management of software (mandatory or optional) and middleware
Coordinating with the other layers responsible for a specific stream
Coordinating and insight of deployment of security patches
Ensuring normal operation of Mobile Device Management systems for the productivity of embedded devices
Executing device removals and documentation update bound to the retirement

What we need from you:
1-3 years of relevant experience
Good level of knowledge of Windows operating system / MacOS / Linux
Experience in working within an agile environment;
Proficiency in English. German is a strong distinct advantage
Any industry wise certification will be distinct advantage
Understanding of Microsoft Enterprise environment would be beneficial
Mobile Device Management awareness with VMWare AirWatch, Microsoft Intune
