When you join our team, you will:
Provide project leadership, expertise, guidance, coaching and support to the organization in establishing and maintaining a winning culture of Continuous Improvement;
Lead Continuous Improvement Process in developing, implementing, sustaining and continuously improving processes and strategies;
Lead and support business development initiatives and projects
Facilitate the strategic planning process for the Program Architecture - developing programs that balance lean transformation requirements, operational needs and improvement;
Lead and support various projects on local and network level
Promote and contribute for effective best practices exchange within Lufthansa Technik network;
Engage employees for taking active role in continuous improvement and innovation;

You match our need, if you have:
Master degree in relevant area (e.g. business administration, engineering, finance)
At least 3 years experience in project management, change management, process improvement, business development
A track record of leading successful Change Management, large-scale Process Improvement / Transformation / Business development projects
Experience with digital platforms and IT change management (SAP, JIRA, reporting software)
Experience with 3D printing (considered as an advantage)
Good facilitation and coaching skills
Ability to shift between the "big picture" and the small-but-crucial details
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to lead strategic & operational events from shop floor to executive level
International experience
Outstanding organizational, communication and presentation skills
Self driven with strong ability to engage other people
