When you join our team, you will:
Analyze, harmonize, and enhance business processes and tools, ensuring efficiency, user-friendliness, and cross-department alignment.
Research and implement data-driven improvements in business intelligence (BI) and digitalization. Evaluate digitalization’s impact on LCS processes.
Identify and implement BI opportunities, aligning with stakeholders. Provide 1st-level BI support and resolve inquiries.
Maintain and optimize KPI reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Support IT solution development, system enhancements, and LTLS digitalization initiatives.
Manage system applications, user access, and reporting configurations to meet operational needs.
Lead and stabilize projects, prepare documentation, and coordinate stakeholders.

You match our need, if you have:
University degree in economics, business management, engineering and/or IT
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Ability to work in an international environment, courteous manner and social skills
Diligent, independent, and systematic approach to work
Excellent command of the English language, German as an advantage
Proficiency in business analyses, data management, interpretation, and visualization
Preferably excellent knowledge of BI tools, SQL and Excel
Good knowledge of logistics and freight transportation
High degree of problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to challenges
Reliable and service oriented
Willingness to work flexible hours
