ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
As an Application Maintenance Services Leader for BI & Reporting area you will be responsible for ensuring all business teams have a seamless customer experience and service excellence in problem management, provided by external vendors. As single point of contact for the Business Solutions and Systems Product support in the area of BI & Reporting you will focus on integrating the services for existing and new products support model/services.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will establish, manage and sustain effective IT support services combining different vendors and best ITIL Practices;
You will ensure all support requests in the respective area are completed in timely and high quality manner;
You will analyze data and organize regular service improvement routines with vendors in the area of AMS and ensure effective action plans are executed;
You will conduct service review meetings, review of performance KBI, SLA and system availability with the respective stakeholders;
You will manage Agile Product Releases for the applications in the BI & Reporting area, including SAP, cloud and other;
You will orchestrate Change Management Assessment process for proper and safe delivery;
You will support the execution of financial control on the vendors for BI & Reporting - perform audit of the volumes and check invoices;
You will analyze the knowledge for the products/processes and initiate, coordinate and attend trainings for business users addressing knowledge gaps in the respective area.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
3+ years working experience in IT;
Min. 2 years practical system experience with SAP;
Strong computer skills – EXCEL;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously;
Resources management and Vendor management skills;
Experience or training with the ITIL framework;
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
Experience working in a service-delivery role in a business-critical environment;
Excellent command of English Language.
