A FinTech company, HQ in Amsterdam is the fastest growing digital financial broker on the market. Established in 2008 and operating in 18 countries in Europe, the company has more than 350,000 + customers globally. Together, we are looking for an IT Geek to hold the position of:
Linux System Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- To analyze the existing system and to find out the possibilities for improvements;
- To research and implement new systems and solutions;
- To build automated deployments and automate routine tasks;
- To resolve technical issues in the infrastructure and build solutions to prevent them from happening again;
- To Improve the monitoring solutions and keep systems up to date;
- To communicate frequently with the dev teams and the subject matter experts in order to provide assistance in introducing new features;
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a Linux environment;
- Hands-on experience in Linux (Centos 6/7), Redis, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, Elasticsearch,Ansible, Git MySQL;
- Experience in scripting languages - Shell or Python;
- Experience in Linux administration, troubleshooting and operating multiple servers.
