SUPPORT AND DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER
In this position you will participate in the support of the company's software products and functionalities. You will communicate with the clients and work closely with different departments like Software Development, QA and Business Analysis to ensure the product is working properly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Application Administrator, Technical Support Specialist or Deployment Engineer;
- Troubleshooting skills;
- Working knowledge of English language;
It is not mandatory but it will be nice to have:
- Knowledge of SQL or other scripting languages;
- MS Windows, Linux;
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or a similar specialty;
