The client is a global leader in digital transformation. They are looking for a Service desk specialist with a high level of German + a working level of English to join their team.

Service Desk Specialist with German
Role Description:

Problem, Incident and Change management are the key processes of the ITIL - worlds' most widely recognized framework for IT service management. The role follows these processes and their solutions, while stressing on the Incident management in particular, supporting it throughout all stages. The position is pivotal to the success of the Service Management teams' mission by managing critical incidents in an effort to restore service or it's quality, as soon as possible.


Key responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management - support the proactive analysis of customers and/or internal businesses/end users' business, organization, and information systems' needs
Participate, assist and lead escalations with support teams around the globe as well as making sure of management involvement as needed
Infrastructure and network monitoring
Control of the internal and external service processes in case of failure
Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers' information
Single Point of Contact and Case Owner during execution and monitoring of contractual Service Level Agreements



Job Requirements
Fluent English and German – min level B2
Strong overall IT Knowledge and computer literacy
Excellent communications skills
Strong Analytical skills and process understanding
Customer focus attitude
