Quant / BRMS (Business-Rules Management System) Developer

PositionWe offer a position for an aspiring Quant to strengthen our team. The focus of the work is on developing, maintaining and operating a proprietary data model representing structured products, as well as developing, maintaining and operating rule-based BRMS services connected to this data model, leveraging IBM ODM technology and applying it in the wealth management domain. You will help us extend and improve a range of services, as well as taking ownership of the maintenance and operation of these services.
You offer
* BSc/MSc (degree or in final year) or higher in a quantitative field (e.g.. mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering, NLP).
* Computer programming skills, particularly Python and/or Java.
* Good computer science knowledge.
* Interest in software development.
* Interest in rule-based engines (BRMS).
* Interest in structured products
* Knowledge in structured products is a plus.
* Knowledge in front-end (HTML, Javascript) is a plus.
* The ability and motivation to learn new concepts quickly.
* Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to take ownership and work independently.
* Critical thinking and analytical skills.
* Eligible to work in Bulgaria
* Team player with excellent English skills. Willingness to travel to Zurich (up to 20% per year).
