We are looking for: Team Leader• Lead, monitor and control the entire software development flow - requirements gathering, planning, architectural design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Take responsibility on code quality and on-time completion of tasks.
• Apply quality standards and team working procedures.
• Initiate improvements and determine development methodology.
• Troubleshoot variety of software problems.
• Participate into Scrum Meetings to incorporate early feedback into the final product.
• Work with other Development and QA Tech Leaders to ease the workflow within the team.
• Provide technical support to company products.
• Mentor developers in their day-to-day tasks.
• Educate and train developers.
Requirements
4+ years software development experience
Experience leading a team
4+ years of experience with PHP
2+ years of experience with advanced JS frameworks such as React/Angular/Vue
