We are currently looking to hire Identity Governance Operations Engineer in our Sofia team!
As an Identity Governance Operations Engineer you will be responsible for the operational support of the Identity Governance and Administration service in Paysafe.

What to expect
Maintain solid understanding of target system connectors and their dependencies, troubleshoot failed connections
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to scheduled jobs execution
Maintain solid understanding of all configured access rules (e.g. JML, SoD), investigate and troubleshoot failed access provisioning and user access issues
Review application and audit logs during root cause analysis
Access request and approval workflows configuration support
Understand the business requirements for custom reports, analytics and dashboards and translate them into required configuration
Support the advanced configuration of access certification campaigns
Map orphaned accounts to existing or new identities
Troubleshoot and resolve IGA system global configuration related issues
Engage with the vendor technical support, report and follow-up on incidents and identified product defects
Collaborate with application owners of connected systems and maintain understanding of the IAM security models of those systems
Recommend changes/enhancements to improve system availability, reliability, and performance
Identify system documentation enhancement requirements and ensure it's kept up-to-date
Support target endpoint on-boarding project activities
Support functional testing project activities

To be successful you need to have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related IT, or Business field
2+ years of related experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security or IT Engineer role
Solid understanding and hands-on technical experience in various technologies and access definition in each of them – AD, LDAP, UNIX/Linux, File Systems, Oracle DBs, application-level access, etc.
Excellent knowledge of best practices in authentication, authorization, access provisioning, including standard Federation and Single-Sign On technologies and protocols
Solid understanding of key Identity & Access Management processes (e.g. joiners/movers/leavers, access request and approval workflows, user access recertification), concepts (e.g. RBAC, SoD) and best practices
Good understanding of IT Operations, infrastructure support, operations monitoring and end user support
Good understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes
Able to proactively search for solutions from knowledge bases, support documentation and other information sources
Strong initiative; self-driven; ability to multi-task
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)


Preferred:
Previous support experience with Identity Governance and Administration solutions (e.g. Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc.)
Previous experience troubleshooting automated access provisioning/de-provisioning
Experience with writing Powershell, JSON, SQL scripts
Knowledge of relevant regulatory controls and requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI-DSS)
