Paysafe is in the process of continuously enhancing its Business Continuity Management programme across the Group. As a member of the Business Continuity Management team, you will be a professional with strong skills and proven track record of creating, implementing and management of the information technology disaster recovery (ITDR) Framework for a global organization.

The ITDR Manager is responsible for the creation, training, testing, reporting and maintenance of disaster recovery plans working in partnership with technology, to ensure both regulatory/contractual compliance and disaster recovery; i.e. improving overall organizational resilience and ensuring resiliency of the core payment processes in case of natural disasters safety threats, cyber threats, and human failures.

The ITDR Manager will collaborate with the Head of BCM, all departments, on both business processes and IT, taking a risk-based approach to ensure that we maintain efficient and effective controls for ITDR Management. The Manager will minimize the potential impact of a risk materializing, by conducting assessments and putting requirements in place to protect the business from resilience related incidents.

What to expect:
Work with the Head of business continuity to create, implement and maintain a global ITDR framework for the group based around ISO27031
Manages the design, implementation, and communication of disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology.
Ensure policies and standards are adhered to
Enhance and maintain the underlying DR plans, and associated standards/ documentation
Perform risk assessments to identify the causes of a business interruption/ single points of failure, and ensure that appropriate controls are implemented to reduce or eliminate identified risks, including those associated with external critical suppliers
Escalate disaster recovery risks as appropriate and coordinate mitigating responses
Report regularly on the overall status of disaster recovery and improvement plans
Coordinate the disaster recovery activities within organization and work closely with technology teams to ensure their disaster recovery plans for critical systems and applications are consistent with developed BCM plans.
Coordinate and report on the disaster recovery testing program, actively participating in testing scenarios and the creation of disaster recovery risk treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards
Provide subject matter expertise on disaster recovery to include appropriate legal and regulatory requirements
Provide expertise and support to management when a business disruption occurs.
Develop training materials on BCM tool to internal stakeholders

To be successful you need to have:
ITIL qualification (foundation)
Bachelor’s degree of management information system, business administration or related degree with certificate from a recognized professional BCM body (BCCE or equivalent)
Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Business Continuity Management / Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management
Good knowledge on ISO22301/ ISO22301
Project / Program Management skills - demonstrable track record successfully managing projects at the highest technical and tactical levels, coordinating multi-discipline projects
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of processes, risks and controls
Exceptional risks and issues management, change control
Good communicator
Excellent command of English (verbal/written)
Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate and influence decision-making with senior management
Ability to work with a global team
Energetic, Self-starter, Flexible and Goal-oriented
Business minded, well-organized team worker with strong problem solving and leadership skills
Other significant role requirements
Accountability – once committed, the disaster recovery plans MUST be delivered on time, every time, and to the highest quality possible
Demonstrates a passion to achieve, setting high standards for self and others
Proactively looks for opportunities to make improvements to enhance disaster recovery plan effectiveness
There will be travelling required to other locations for Paysafe
Able to share information and know-how within the team
