Currently, we are seeking “BPM Developer” who will be a new member for a team, based in Sofia. The team has around 7 people, working for one of the largest banks in Bulgaria to provide client satisfaction.
You as a part of IBM will be making changes and adding new features to developing new business processes under the communicated bank roadmap - E-Loan, Corporate Credit Banking, Deposits, ATM Management, POS Management, Product Sales Module. The delivered IBM Services are enabling the transformation of our client toward a digital bank and improving customer experience.
Expected tasks:
• Modification of currently running processes,
• Implementation of WebService calls to external systems,
• GUI optimization and changes,
• Add/Remove data validations.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
• experience with IBM BPM Standard - version 8.5.X would be an advantage;
• experience and on hands with Business Process design and implementation;
• experience with Java and JavaScript;
• experience with XML, WebServices, XSLT, HTML, SOAP, REST;
• average SQL knowledge;
• ability to work with end user requests;
• experience with IBM BPM REST API.
Personal Skills:
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to think outside the box and view the end-to-end vision
• Strong desire to implement and establish best practices and standards
• Willingness to share knowledge/experience and mentor others
