Qualifications and requirements:
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German or French;
- Bachelor‘s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science,
Business Information Systems, etc.;
- Knowledge of MS Office and high competence in Excel;
- Experience with SQL, Pivot tables and Tableau are considered an advantage.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data, manage and troubleshoot application issues and data flow;
- Provide administrative and technical support to assigned applications;
- Keep up databases that are utilized for data analysis and reporting.
