RECRUITMENT AND OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
In this role you will optimize the overall company's recruitment process and participate actively in it.
Experience:
Strong professional experience in a similar position;
Experience in managing overall talent acquisition process;
Experience in staff assessment and motivational techniques;
Innovative, with strong analytical skills;
University Degree in Psychology or Human Resources;
Very good computer skills - MS Office, Internet, etc.;
Fluency in English.
