We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Technical Support Specialist with German for one of our partners - a telecommunications company that drives digitalization in 7 countries with innovative solutions and new business areas.Technical Support Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control network parameters.
• Coordinate activities related to the maintenance of operating parameters.
• Keep a record of activities and network status.
• Run diagnostics on both individual and network technical issues.
• Mediate during initial diagnostics in order to identify problems with the infrastructure which provides service to company clients and partners.
• Communicate with various company divisions and external partners.
Requirements:
• German - Level B2 or higher.
• Ability to work 24/7 shifts.
• Good computer skills.
• Technical education is an advantage.
• Completed courses in electrical engineering and/or telecommunications are an advantage.
• Basic English skills are a plus.
