For one of our partners a leading international production company we are looking for a Senior infrastructure Engineer.

Senior infrastructure Engine

You will:
• Manage a team and will run EMEA/US IT Service Desk to ensure a good service level to our users.
• You will manage IT Infrastructure and actively contribute to Group Infrastructure Projects in close collaboration with other Managers.
• Ensure that all IT Systems and Applications are managed in conformity with the company strategy and policy.
• The position reports to the Vice President and General Manager Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:
• Manage EMEA/US IT IS Service Desk:
o Ensure the overall follow-up of the Service Desk to guarantee the respect of SLA;
o Provide analysis of tickets and establish an action plan to prevent recurring ones;
o Manage IS Infrastructure for EMEA accordingly to the Company Policies:
o Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, networks, and telephony) for Europe and Russia.
o Ensure that appropriate IS security systems and processes are in place to protect the privacy and integrity of the organization's information and related intellectual property;
o Provide follow-up of local IS Suppliers and Consultants;
o Define and follow-up the IS budgets and expenditures.
o Lead infrastructure projects and local application projects;

Requirements:
• University Degree with proven experience of managing an IS Team in an international company;
• Great IT skills, virtualized Infrastructures, network management
• Project Management experience;
• Customer and solution-oriented;
• Team player;
• Fluent English;
• Willingness to travel;
• Experience with Microsoft solutions would be a plus;
