Our client:
UK based software company with more than 14 years of experience providing Business-to-Business (B2B) iGaming platforms, online gaming content and managed services. The company is operating globally and is financially very stable! Currently, they are expanding the IT team in Sofia and together, we are looking for a motivated:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WITH ENGLISH LANGUAGE
Experience:
- Excellent command of English language (C1/C2);
- MS Office skills; Internet user;
- Very good communication skills, reliable and self-motivated person;
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule /work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
As an advantage would be considered:
- Previous experience in a gaming/gambling industry;
- Experience in handling customer fraud.
