SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER


About the role:

In this position, you will primarily oversee SOC 1/ SOC 2 examinations and ISO 27001 engagements through the management of standard project execution, client service activities and the oversight of staff and senior consultants. You will monitor the progress of engagements and key project activity dates, ensuring that deadlines are met. You will develop and maintain the client relationships too. Last but not least, you have to review work papers, drafts, and final reports with high attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Аt least 5 years of experience in IT audit, security and compliance assessment;
- 1 year of professional experience in public accounting is preferred;
- University degree in Accounting, Management of information systems, etc.;
- Security Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer, CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSK or other relevant to the position;
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation;
- Excellent communication skills and an advanced command of English language.
